JKSSB Driver Eligibility Criteria
1. Domicile Requirement
Applicants must be domiciles of the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir and possess a valid domicile certificate as of the last date of application submission, i.e., March 6, 2025.

The age criteria, as of January 1, 2025, are as follows:

Reservation and Special Provisions
- Category-Wise Reservation: Vacancies are distributed as per the Jammu & Kashmir Reservation Act/Rules. Candidates must ensure their category certificates are valid as of the cut-off date.
- Horizontal Reservation: Ex-servicemen are eligible for horizontal reservation under specific rules, but those with benchmark disabilities are not eligible for these posts.
- Ex-Servicemen Rules: Candidates must submit an affidavit confirming they haven’t availed horizontal reservation benefits for previous employment.
Selection Process
- Written Examination:
- The test will consist of objective-type multiple-choice questions, conducted in English.
