The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially opened the registration window for JEE Main 2025 Session 2. Candidates looking to appear for the second phase of this prestigious entrance exam can now submit their applications on the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in.

  • Application Deadline: February 25, 2025 (till 9 PM)
  • Fee Payment Deadline: February 25, 2025 (till 11:50 PM)

JEE Main 2025 Eligibility Criteria Session 2

For Candidates Who Appeared in Session 1

Students who have already appeared for JEE Main 2025 Session 1 can log in using their existing application number and password to register for Session 2. Additionally, they can modify the exam medium, city preference, and selected paper.

For New Candidates

Fresh applicants must complete the registration process by providing their personal and educational details, uploading necessary documents, and paying the application fee.

Each candidate is permitted to submit only one application form. Submitting multiple applications can result in disqualification.

How to Apply for JEE Main 2025 Session 2?

Follow these steps to register successfully:

  1. Visit the Official Website: Go to jeemain.nta.nic.in.
  2. Login/Register: Existing candidates can log in, while new applicants need to complete the registration process.
  3. Fill Out the Application Form: Provide personal details, academic qualifications, and exam preferences.

  5. Pay the Application Fee: Use a debit/credit card, net banking, or UPI for payment.

JEE Main 2025 Session 1 was conducted between January 22 and January 30 across 598 centers in 284 cities. Around 13 lakh students appeared, with an attendance rate of approximately 94.5%. The results for Session 1 are expected to be declared by February 12, 2025.

Eligibility Criteria for JEE Main 2025

To be eligible for JEE Main 2025, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: Completion of Class 12 or an equivalent examination.
  • Year of Passing: Must have passed Class 12 in 2023, appearing in 2024, or will appear in 2025.
  • Subject Requirements:
    • For B.E/B.Tech: Physics and Mathematics along with Chemistry/Biology/Technical Vocational Subject.
    • For B.Arch: Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.
