IOCL Vacancy Details
IOCL is offering 456 apprenticeship positions across different states, including Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Chandigarh, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Uttarakhand.
IOCL Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following educational requirements to qualify for the respective apprentice positions:
- Trade Apprentice: Must have passed Class 10 and hold an ITI certificate in the relevant trade.
- Technician Apprentice: Requires a full-time three-year diploma in the respective engineering discipline.
- Graduate Apprentice: Should have a full-time Bachelor’s degree (BBA/BA/BCom/BSc) with at least 50% marks.

IOCL Selection Process
The selection process for IOCL Apprenticeship 2025 is based on merit. Here’s how candidates will be shortlisted:
- Only candidates registered on NAPS/NATS portals will be considered.
- There will be no written test or interview.
- Selection will be based on academic performance (marks obtained in the required qualification).
- In case of a tie, preference will be given to the older candidate.
- If the date of birth is the same, the candidate with a higher matriculation score will be preferred.
- Selected candidates must meet IOCL’s medical fitness standards.
- After document verification and medical clearance, candidates will receive their apprenticeship offer.
